Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Acceptance

By using GPU Tracker (gputracker.dev), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What We Provide

GPU Tracker is a price comparison tool that aggregates publicly available GPU cloud pricing data. We provide:

  • A free comparison table with search, filters, and sorting
  • Price trend charts and workload recommendations
  • A paid Pro tier with API access, CSV exports, and price alerts

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

GPU pricing data is sourced from public provider APIs and refreshed every 6 hours. Prices may change between refreshes. Always verify pricing on the provider's website before making a purchase decision. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing data.

4. Affiliate Links

Some links to cloud providers may contain affiliate or referral codes. When you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the order, ranking, or inclusion of providers.

5. Pro Subscriptions

Pro plans are billed monthly or annually through FastSpring, our merchant of record. You can cancel anytime from your FastSpring account dashboard. Refund policy is described on our Refund Policy page.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't use GPU Tracker to:

  • Scrape or redistribute our data without permission
  • Overload our servers with excessive automated requests
  • Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation
  • Reverse-engineer the service

Pro API access is for your internal use. Reselling API data requires a separate agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

GPU Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on our pricing data, service interruptions, or third-party provider actions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to Pro subscribers.
