GPU Tracker (gputracker.dev) is a GPU cloud price comparison service. Contact us at hello@gputracker.dev.

Analytics. We use PostHog to collect anonymized usage data: pages visited, features used, browser type, and approximate location (country level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Email address. If you subscribe to price alerts, purchase a Pro plan, or subscribe to the blog newsletter, we store your email address. We use Resend to send transactional emails and FastSpring to process payments.

Payment data. Payments are processed by FastSpring, our merchant of record. We never see or store your credit card number. FastSpring handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries:

• Analytics cookies — PostHog sets cookies to distinguish unique visitors. These are first-party and expire after 1 year.
• Preference cookies — We store your theme preference (dark/light mode), saved filter presets, and cookie consent status in localStorage.
• Payment cookies — FastSpring may set cookies during the checkout flow.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing hello@gputracker.dev. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We retain your email address for as long as your subscription or alerts are active. Analytics data is retained for 12 months. You can request deletion at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
